After months of raiding Trakanon and the dragons of Kunark, Vintage is planning on focusing heavily on Veeshan’s Peak again in January as we transition into the Velious expansion. The holiday months have pushed us back a few weeks on our VP schedule due to members being busy with the seasonal madness, yet we hope to give it at least one full month of dedicated effort to defeat Hoshkar and the other dragons in the zone. Our goal is to clear the zone and defeat all of the VP’s dragons while still in the Kunark expansion, a feat only a handful of guilds were able to do on PC side before Velious.

Sometime this February, Vintage will be unlocking The Scars of Velious expansion to our progression! We’re excited to join the rest of the server in the new raid content and zones that come along in the new expansion.

As a disclaimer to the server and potential new members, Vintage members have been known for buying Kunark gear and raid loot while we were in the Kunark expansion, however we’ve discovered that it had a negative impact on the fairness of our raid loot system and distribution. So in Velious, we are changing our rules and Vintage members are only allowed to obtain raid loot from official Vintage raids. We hope this rule will improve our progression guild and reduce the competition and influx of items on our members which we did not earn on our own.

Vintage rallied for Veeshan’s Peak in October and November and defeated Silverwing many times but kept falling short to the other entrance roaming dragon, Hoshkar. With the holiday season approaching, the Veeshan’s Peak momentum slumbered, however the guild continues to help each other to 60 and raid Kunark’s finest to farm the best gear upgrades possible to prepare for VP and the Velious expansion on our horizon.

Although many of our members are taking a break for the holidays, Vintage is expecting to make a strong comeback in January and a strong push back at Hoshkar. Look for an upcoming update with Veeshan’s Peak raid dates.
